Anastasia is a talent manager and booker specializing in scouting and development, with experience spanning Asia, the Midwest, and New York. Her career began in a family-owned scouting business in Asia and progressed through the Midwestern market before she joined Crawford in New York. She also freelances internationally as a booker, manages an influencer roster with a combined social reach exceeding 100k followers, and has worked as a creative director on model photoshoots.

My focus on men's scouting stems from where my career began — my first role in the industry was within the men's division, and it's where I built my foundation as a scout. I specialize in discovering new faces, working closely with each talent from the earliest stages of development through to placement. This includes leading photoshoots designed to build their portfolios, refine their image, and position them for bookings. The talents featured here are individuals I personally scouted and guided through development, with shoots I creatively led from concept to execution.
